 Tiricche 

Tiricche are Sardinian typical sweets usually prepared in Easter time. They are made with a thin sheet of paste filled with cream "saba" and giving it the form of a closed ring. The "Saba" is a traditional Sardinian cream with flavor characteristic and intense fruit; it is prepared with orange peels and cooked grape must. Today Tiricche sweets are prepared throughout the year and they are consumed during all the holidays; they are good sweets also after a meal.

Amaretti sardi
